Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time. Order processing times may be slightly longer during major holidays or promotional periods.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery times may be displayed at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
Orders of $50+ ship free within the United States. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once your order reaches the minimum amount.
Shipping rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight and destination.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Carrier Delays
Sequel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays or other factors beyond our control.
Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us at customerservice@sequelsupplements.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we will review the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sequel is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim in cases of theft or missing deliveries.
Incorrect Addresses and Undelivered Packages
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Sequel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or any other reason that makes the package undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to re-ship order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We cannot change a shipping address once an order has been processed.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@sequelsupplements.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number along with photos of damaged items and packaging so we can review and assist as quickly as possible. Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
Multiple Package Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Address Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
Orders submitted with a PO Box may be delayed or canceled if a valid physical address cannot be provided. We cannot change a shipping address once an order has been processed.
International Shipping
Sequel currently only ships within the United States.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales of beverages are final and returns of consumable items are not accepted.
Refunds or replacements are only offered in the following situations:
- Your order arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- There is a verified product quality issue
